XX With me as your private divemaster, you can stop and take the time to get pictures of that beautiful and mysteriously elusive queen triggerfish you've happened upon. Or if you decide to watch and see just what sea urchins really do, you can. If you ease yourself closer to a gray angelfish and hang out there with it—maybe a foot or 18 inches from your face—for just a little while, she might just follow you around on the rest of your dive. I can show you how to do that.

XXThere are many possibilities for your diving. Fish identification and behavior are my specialties.  If you like, I can show you a lot about the common fish you've been seeing on nearly every dive and I can introduce you to some new ones.  Maybe you just like the feeling of weightlessness and want a chance to “soar” through the open water.  I know a couple fun tricks. If you just want to dive “on your own” while having the comfort of someone with you who is more experienced in the local water, that’s easy for me—I just love to dive.

XX Think about how far you are traveling to go diving and what experience you want to have.  Together we can attend to your diving concerns be they equipment related, what you get to see and do on your dives, the underwater environment itself or even the boat ride.  Whatever your concerns, having your own divemaster means you have more to say about what you get to do on your dives. We can work together to get you that experience you’ve been dreaming about back home.

Considerations: 
      
  • You can request SwanDiving Divemaster Services for an individual or a group of 2, 3 or 4. Everyone in your group will know each other.
           
  • Same, or nearly the same, cost as for the dive operation's divemaster (in a group of 4) and you get personalized service.
         
  • You’ll enjoy the more individualized attention to your equipment set up and your comfort on the boat. I can set up your gear for you or just check it over after you’ve set it up.
          
  • Collaboration in the dive briefing—we’ll do what you want to do and you’ll get a dive briefing that you’ll understand.
  • No unnecessary waiting in the water for everyone to be ready.  Or wait on board until everyone else is in the water—your call.
  • More attention received during your dive.
  • More fun on your dive.
  • Your divemaster will be with you all the way back to the boat.
  • Help with after-dive gear care. If it’s rental gear from nearby (local to the area), I'll take care of it for you.
